Brad will show why it’s important to optimize your sites for Facebook and why leading organizations can get more traffic from Facebook than they do from Google. Learn simple ways to optimize your website, grow your Facebook Page and create engaging programs that are easily accomplished by organizations of any size.

Brad will present creative ways that brands have used Facebook Pages, Facebook Applications and Facebook Connect to build innovative customer experiences. He’ll share common issues companies face on Facebook along with easy tips that can help increase customer engagement beyond just growing Fans.

With more than 10 years of experience in the interactive field working on digital communication strategies, Web interfaces and user experience design, Brad now works with major global brands on their Facebook strategy, design and implementation. He lives in Atlanta.

The breakfast will be held at The College of Saint Rose in the Lally Education Building (Touhey Forum room). Following the breakfast, participants are invited to tour the college’s brand new Center for Communications and Interactive Media facility.

Parking (free) will be available in the “Music Lot” off Madison Avenue (between Madison and Morris Streets, near the CCIM building).

Event details
The event will be live-streamed online courtesy of MZA Multimedia.

Breakfast consists of Uncommon Grounds coffee, tea, juice, bagels and cream cheese.

About Social Media Breakfast
Social Media Breakfast was founded by Bryan Person in August 2007 as an event where social media experts and newbies alike come together to eat, meet, share, and learn. Marketers, PR pros, entrepreneurs, bloggers, podcasters, new-media fanatics, and online social networkers are all welcome to attend.

The breakfast series began in Boston and has now spread to more than 25 cities throughout the United States and around the world. It was brought to Tech Valley by Amy Mengel.

    Looks like another stellar SMBTV! I’ll plan to watch the replay of the stream (will be flying during the actual event).

    Just a quick suggestion, too: You might want to add date and time of actual event to the post; unless I’m missing it, I think you left it out!
